Refunds and Returns: You can retun items within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and unused, with intact packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and ready to be resold. We reserve the right to decline a refund in case conditions are not met. The whole amount will be refunded excluding the delivery fee for UAE orders. Once your return has been approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 days.

Kindly note that:
- For orders outside the UAE the client is responsible for arranging returns and shipping and custom fees are not refunded
- Orders placed on sunday will be processed on Monday
- Customs and taxes are not included in the final amount
Discounted products: We de not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
Damages and issue: It is important to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours. This will help us address the issue quickly and ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.
Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the original product and receiving the exchanged item, unless the product was damaged upon delivery.
Gift cards and gifts exchange: Gift recipients can exchange items within 10 days of the purchase date. To start the process, get in touch at info@tablegems.com or +971522777749. After inspection, a gift card equal to the value of returned gift will be initiated noting that gift cards are non refundable.
